How It Works
1. RESERVE YOUR SHARE
[Orders Open Aug]
You buy it, we raise it. That simple. Reserve your share of our limited herd, then sit back, relax, and let us raise the best beef Kansas's famous grasslands can muster. Your deposit is essential for us to get to work raising your beef. It allows us to know how much beef to raise and helps cover the labor, time, and upfront costs necessary to raise beef the right way.
2. GET YOUR BEEF [Nov-Jan]
Your beef is harvested in timing with nature for peak flavor and nutrition with at a USDA inspected processing facility. For example, August orders will be ready for butcher starting in November. Then, your package will be ready for local pick up at one of our predetermined locations or shipped straight to your door. First orders in are first orders delivered, so don't wait!
3. ENJOY
It's time to wow your family and friends with the best beef they've ever had. You'll keep dinner time exciting with the variety of cuts available to you right in your freezer.
